An accomplished building designer, David has over 22 years’ experience in the design & building Industry with a large portion of his work being primarily focused on the residential market. This is reflected through his broad range of professional relationships with multi-disciplinary project teams, local authorities, certifiers, builders, contractors, consultants as well as individual home

buyers assisting in the delivery of innovative and integrated built forms.

During this time David has also dedicated a significant proportion of his career to collaboratively running a successful design firm, “Environmental Building Solutions”, as well as being responsible for the curriculum development and coordination at the Canberra Institute of Technology for a number of disciplines within the school of Applied Design. These specifically related to the Associate Diploma of Architectural Drafting as well as the Advanced Diploma of Building Design programs. In addition to this he was also responsible for lecturing in both programs as well as the Advanced Diploma of Interior Design.

David’s’ most recent accolade of outstanding achievements relates to the successful development and delivery of a variety of building siting and covenant requirements at the beautiful Lend Lease community at Springbank Rise, Casey. His diligence in the role as Design Coordinator and Covenants Officer was an intricate part of the projects overall success. It was through his implementation of these guidelines in conjunction with his ability to clearly communicate the developers’ broader objectives that has greatly assisted in ensuring that purchasers’ properties reflect the vision of a desirable, attractive and inviting community.

David has a strong focus towards customer service as well as an ability to be open-minded and flexible which enables him to deliver creative outcomes.
